💧 Do I need to be home during my appointment?

Not necessarily. As long as we have access to the vehicle and any required keys or codes, we can complete the service. Just let us know ahead of time!

🌧 What happens if it rains?

Weather can affect certain services. If we’re unable to proceed due to rain or unsafe conditions, we’ll reach out to reschedule at the earliest convenience—no extra cost to you.

🚗 What areas do you service?

We are proudly based in Bonita Springs, FL, and service surrounding areas including Naples, Estero, Fort Myers, and more. Don't hesitate to ask!

⏱ How long does a detail take?

It depends on the package:

• Basic Package: ~1 to 1.5 hours
  
  

• Mid-Tier Package: ~2 to 3 hours
  
  

• Premium Package: ~4+ hours

We’ll always give you an estimated time when booking.

💵 How do I pay?

We accept cash, major debit/credit cards, Zelle, and Apple Pay. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless prepaid through a subscription.

📆 Can I book a one-time service or do I need a subscription?

Yes, you can absolutely book a one-time detail! Subscriptions are completely optional and are designed for clients who want regular service at a discounted rate.

🧼 Do you clean under the hood?

At this time, under-the-hood cleaning is not part of our standard packages. However, we’re always expanding—feel free to ask about future availability!
